At Epic Saree, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility :- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

1.2 Exclusions :- Certain items such as personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

1.4 Return Shipping :- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Eligibility :- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [15 days].

2.2 Refund Exceptions :- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.

3. Exchange

Unfortunately, we  offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a exchange once we received original product we ship exchange item within 24hours.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

4.1 Damaged in Transit :- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
